I’m Erica Hartley Advanced Colonic Hydrotherapist and I have been helping people improve their digestive health and gut wellbeing for many years. At my clinic in Sheffield I provide professional safe and gentle colonic hydrotherapy treatments designed to support your body’s natural cleansing process and help you feel lighter more comfortable and energised. Always slightly nervous about this, but Erica is so professional and puts you at ease. She talks you through the procedure and always asks if you’re feeling ok? I felt so much better afterwards as I’d been feeling very bloated and under the weather for a while. I would highly recommend Erica if you’re looking for someone in Sheffield for this procedure.

After having problems with my stomach for years I decided to have an intolerance test done with Erica wow after following her advice I already feel the difference it’s only been 4 days no pain or bloating !! I was apprehensive about the treatment but keen to have it done. Erica made me feel so at ease and took time to explain the process and explain the equipment. I was a bit nervous and didnt know what to expect. Erica was the loveliest person. She explained everything in full details and gave me helpful tips about my lifestyle and diet.
