About Me

Erica Hartley at her Colon Clinic, A New U in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, is an Advanced Colonic Hydrotherapist, Trainer, and Vice Chair of the RICTAT Colonic Association — and yes… she proudly admits she has a real passion for poo!

Born and bred in Sheffield, Erica’s journey into gut health began many years ago through her own personal experiences. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a deep fascination with the incredible impact our digestive system has on how we feel every day. By her late twenties, that passion had become her life’s work.

In 2012, Erica founded her Colon Clinic, A New U, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable, supported, and never embarrassed to talk about their gut health or toilet habits. Her warm, down-to-earth nature helps people relax from the moment they walk through the door.

Erica works very naturally with her advanced colonic techniques, gently supporting the body to improve digestive wellness. She believes the gut thrives when it’s treated with respect, care and a holistic understanding of the whole person — not just the symptoms.

For Erica, this work is never “one-size-fits-all.” It’s a journey she goes on with her clients, working together step by step to achieve their individual gut health goals. Whether someone is new to colonics or has been on their wellness path for years, Erica is there to guide, educate and cheer them on along the way.

Her mission is simple: to help you feel lighter, more comfortable in your body and confident in your gut health.
